The Brinsons // Cedar Room Wedding

What started out as a dreary rainy day back in March turned into a fairytale. Although our plans of taking photos in a park were foiled, we made the best of it and frolicked in the rain puddles! Kathleen and Mike’s love story is truly one that belongs in a fairytale. Since Kathleen teaches Spanish at a local school, Mike proposed by writing a 3-page letter in Spanish in a journal they kept together. From the moment they stepped in front of my lens for their engagement session, I knew that their love would stand the test of time. The way the look at each other, hug each other, and hold each other is something so authentic and genuine. I knew their wedding day would be no different. Regardless of the rain, Kathleen and Mike kept their minds on what was truly important, their marriage. From the beginning they have kept Christ at the center of their marriage and their wedding day was truly reflective of that. To Kathleen and Mike, a sincere thank you for allowing me to capture such a wonderful day in your lives. I felt right at home and loved witnessing such a love-filled event!
